Pasta á la Vodka

1 tsp Olive oil
2 medium Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Dried tarragon
14.5 oz can Diced tomatoes
8 oz can Tomato sauce
1/4 cup Vodka
1 tsp Corn starch
1/2 cup Milk or cream
1/4 cup Basil, fresh, chopped
Pasta of your choice

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add tarragon and stir to coat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and vodka. Cook for 10 minutes. Disolve corn starch in milk or cream and whisk until blended. Add mixture to skillet and simmer 1 minute until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in basil. Pour vodka sauce over pasta of your choice.
