Fruit Pies

½–¾ cup Sugar
1–2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
½ tsp Nutmeg, freshly grated
1/8 tsp Salt
3–4 tbsp Cornstarch
4 cups Prepared Fruit
2 tbsp Butter

In a pot add all ingredients and cook on stove until thick and smooth. Place in pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until crust is golden brown and flakey.
