Yorkshire Pudding
7/8 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp melted butter
Sift salt and flour in a mixing bowl
In a seperate bowl beat eggs until foamy.Combine milk into eggs. Make a hollow centre of flour and gradually stir in eggs and milk mixture. Add melted butter.Beat hard 1 minute using rotary beater.Pour some roast drippings into shallow pan. Heat in oven. Pour in batter to 1/2" depth.Place in hot oven at 450 degrees bake for 20 minutes,gradually lowering heat as baking proceeds.
