Banana Split Cake
Cookie Crumb Layer:
1½ cups Flour
¼ cup Nuts, chopped (pecans are nice)
¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Butter
In a medium bowl combine above ingredients with butter. Press into a 9” x 13” pan. Bake 50 minutes at 375. Let cool.
2 Eggs
1 cup Butter
2 cups Icing Sugar
3 – 4 Bananas, sliced
1 (15 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, drained
2 cups Whipping Cream
¼ – ½ cup Nuts, chopped
In medium bowl combine eggs, softened butter and icing sugar. Beat 10 to 15 minutes until smooth. Spread over crust in pan. Slice bananas evenly over top of mixture. Spread crushed pineapple evenly over bananas. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
