Death By Chocolate Cookies
1 pkg Semi-sweet Chocolate, quartered
1 pkg White Chocolate Squares, coarsely chopped
¼ cup Butter or Margarine
¾ cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Eggs
½ cup Flour
1 cup Pecans, chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Partially melt semi-sweet chocolate in large bowl in microwave on medium for 3–4 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Add butter and stir until melted. Stir in sugar, eggs, flour and mix well. Store in white chocolate and nuts.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12–13 minutes or until cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute and transfer to wire rack.
