Fajita Marinade
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Combine all ingredients.
Tip: Set aside a small amount of marinade to add during cooking process. Marinade meat over night in the remaining amount.
