Marion’s Irish Cream
1 cup Whipping Cream
3 Eggs
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
¼ tsp Coconut Extract (no more)
1½ cups Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey (more if desired)
You can substitute with Rum or other Whiskeys if you like. Blend all ingredients together. Keeps up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. That’s never a problem as it never lasts that long anyway!
