1 apple
1 orange
3/4 cup Orange juice
1/3 cup Brandy
4 Tbsp Brown sugar
750 ml bottle dry Spanish red wine

Core apple and slice. Slice orange. Muddle in a large pitcher with a wooden spoon. Add orange juice, brandy and brown sugar and muddle again. Add red wine and chill over night. Serve with ice and garnish with fruit pieces. Keeps up to 48 hours in the fridge.
