Seasoned Pork Chops

4-6 Pork chops, good quality
2 Tbsp Olive oil

1/2 cup All purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 tsp Celery salt
1-1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1 Tbsp Paprika
1-1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Thyme
1/8 tsp Sweet basil
1/8 tsp Oregano

2/3 cup Ketchup
2/3 cup Water
2 Tbsp Dark brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Mix seasoning ingredients together. Heat oil in a pan. Dredge pork chops in mixture and place in pan. Fry until brown. Arrange pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Set aside.

In a small bowl combine ketchup and water, stir well. Add brown sugar to ketchup mixture. Stir until combined. Pour over pork chops. Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 35 minutes. Add more water if sauce is too thick.
