Broccoli Casserole
2 bunches Broccoli
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Onion, minced
Cheddar Cheese, grated to cover
Boil broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes. Sauté mushrooms in butter, remove from pan. Add flour, salt, parsley and milk. Add mushrooms with minced onion. Arrange broccoli in baking dish. Pour sauce all over broccoli. Sprinkle well with grated cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
