Easy Fettuccine Alfredo
4 Tbsp Butter
2 cups Whipping cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated (and more for serving)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Add cream and parmesan. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened. Don't stop stirring. Reduce heat, add nutmeg and stir more. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook pasta of your choice and mix in sauce. Garnish with grated parmesan.
